The Valuation Exchange distributes valuation instructions to surveyors on behalf of lenders.  It then collates the valuation data the surveyors collect – and sends it back to lenders in a specified format.  Along the way, it produces excellent management information which can be used to manage your business better – after all, you can’t manage what you can’t measure.

The Valuation Exchange can even help lenders and surveyors with their accounting.  It works out the total amount a lender owes all its surveyors every month so the lender knows how much it is going to get billed – and automatically generates monthly invoices on behalf of individual suppliers. 

The lender pays the total invoice and xit2’s electronic invoicing system does the rest – paying surveyors their individual fees.  Thus reducing costs within finance departments.

On top of all that, the Valuation Exchange is easy to use.  As a result, it’s hugely popular –around 40% of instructions in the valuation marketplace are carried out using the Valuation Exchange.
