• Advise on and agree with the Client amendments to the contractor’s proposals
• Review the tender report and contract sum analysis and report
• Review contract documents, appointments, warranties, insurances etc
• Monitor the quality and compliance of the works
• Review design development drawings, specification and report
• Examine any changes proposed and report
• Carryout periodic inspections of the works and report
• Inspect the works on completion and report and make all necessary representations to the contractor regarding defects, etc
